Opakovatelnost měření na výrobcích z polymerů aditivní technologie

Abstract

The master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of measurement repeatability on products made from polymer materials manufactured using FDM additive technology. The thesis includes a review of the current state of additive manufacturing, polymer materials, and measurement repeatability. The experimental part focuses on the comparison of rigid PLA material and flexible TPA material produced on the Original Prusa MK4S 3D printer. The manufactured samples were measured using the handheld laser 3D scanner HandySCAN BLACK and subsequently statistically evaluated. The thesis primarily focuses on assessing the influence of the selected material on the dimensional stability of the parts and on evaluating the repeatability of measurements performed using laser 3D scanning.
