Návrh strategie vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby podniku ABC, s.r.o. na základě provedení vybraných strategických analýz. Sekundárním cílem je návrh strategie podniku vzhledem k nelehké situaci v automobilovém průmyslu v České republice. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy související se strategickou analýzou, jako je strategie, vize, mise a cíle. Dále popisuje teoretické metody pro analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku a smíšené analýzy. Navazující praktická část práce aplikuje metody popsané v teoretické části na konkrétní podnik. V rámci vnějšího prostředí je aplikována PESTLE analýza a Porterova analýza konkurenčního prostředí. Pro vnitřní prostředí je nejprve využita McKinseyho analýza 7S a poté finanční analýza podniku. Pro shrnutí všech využitých analýz je aplikována SWOT analýza, pomocí které jsou popisované faktory zařazeny do silných či slabých stránek a do příležitostí a hrozeb. Na základě výsledků SWOT analýzy je doporučena volba určité strategie.

The aim of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company ABC, s.r.o. based on selected strategic analyses. The secondary objective is to propose a business strategy considering the challenging situation in the automotive industry in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines concepts related to strategic analysis, such as strategy, vision, mission, and goals. It further describes theoretical methods for analyzing the external and internal environment of the company, as well as mixed analysis. The subsequent practical part of the thesis applies the methods described in the theoretical part to a specific company. Within the external environment, a PESTLE analysis and Porter's analysis of the competitive environment are applied. For the internal environment, the McKinsey 7S analysis is initially utilized, followed by a financial analysis of the company. To summarize all the analyses used, a SWOT analysis is applied, which categorizes the described factors into strengths or weaknesses and opportunities and threats. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, a certain strategy is recommended.
