Inovace a optimalizace konstrukce dekontaminační prokládací kabiny pro čisté prostory

Abstract

Master's thesis deals with the design of a decontamination lock for cleanrooms. The introduction defines a cleanroom and presents relevant standards related to the design of cleanroom equipment and devices. For context, it also provides an overview of the operating principles and types of isolator equipment. This overview is followed by a section dedicated to locks. Individual chapters describe the operating principles and design of locks. The section focusing on the proposed solution describes the current design state and its shortcomings, which need to be eliminated. Subsequently, a custom solution for the modified structural assemblies is designed and engineered. Critically stressed parts of the structure are subjected to a strength analysis to verify their functionality. The drawing documentation for the key assemblies and parts of the equipment is provided in the appendix.
