Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with modern methods of Human Resources development. The aim of this Thesis is to define the basic terminology and describe modern trends in Human Resources Management. Following is the analysis conducted in industrial businesses, where shortcomings in Human Resources Management are highlighted. Theoretical part contains basic terminology used in the area of Human Resources, followed by overview of modern methods in Human Resources development. In the case study, there is a basic characteristics of industrial enterprises, critical evaluation based on research questions and subsequent recommendations leading to improvement of the area of Human Resources Management.
