Měření přesnosti obráběcího stroje s využitím Ballbar systému

Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement and subsequent evaluation of precision machine tool using Ballbar system. The theoretical part analyzes the problem of precision machine tools, they are also mentioned the consequences of inaccuracies machines. There are also described current methods of measuring accuracy of machine tools. Following describe Ballbar system and resulting errors that may occur when measuring. The practical part deals with the testing machine and the evaluation of results for individual work plane in two measuring points. On the basis of practical measurements were determined conclusions on individual measurements and proposed the necessary repairs. The results of individual measurements are given in the Annex.
