Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of a device for separating cut strips. The introduction of the thesis provides a review of the process of manufacturing high-pressure hoses, used drums and manipulating with them. It is followed by an explanation of the problem of separating strips until their taping, the way it has been done so far. Then there is a presentation of proposed solutions to eliminate the occasional unwanted problem during production. As an addition to the proposed solution there is a delineation of the principle of its function. After that there is a calculation part, in which based upon the calculated force on the strips, there is an analysis of the forces pressing the most stressed thorn. That thorn is then strength-checked using the finite element method. From the analysis of the rest of the thorns, the overall strength forcing the complex construction is found. From the effects of these forces are dimensioned not only cogs, but also weld and screws. The design drawing of the complete device assembly and the working drawing of the each part are included.
