Úprava organizace a řízení na vybraných křižovatkách ul. Nad Porubkou v Ostravě-Porubě

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the modification and organization of control at the selected intersections in the Nad Porubkou street. The second part of the thesis presents the traffic research including the video analysis of conflict situations at the Nad Porubkou × Francouzská intersection and at the Nad Porubkou × Rampa F intersection. The resultant data are used to carry out building modifications of uncontrolled intersections, a plan of traffic lights, and a plan of traffic circles. With regard to the modifications, I suggest using a traffic circle at the Nad Porubkou × Francouzská intersection and introducing a change of right-of-way at the Nad Porubkou × Rampa F intersection.
