Marketingový výzkum spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focussed on the satisfaction of customers with the services provided by ČEZ, a.s .. The thesis is divided into two parts on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theory of marketing research and the characteristics of the company. The practical part describes the course of the whole marketing research of customers satisfaction with the services of the company and the analysis of the obtained data from the questionnaire survey. The result of the thesis is a proposal for changes and recommendations, which after realization should lead to the improvement of customers satisfaction.
