Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of manufacturing technology for a cylinder head component used in airsoft weapons. The introductory section provides an analysis of materials for the production of the mentioned component. Subsequently, three possible turning manufacturing technologies are presented, with the experimental part of the thesis focusing on a detailed analysis of production using a sliding headstock automatic lathe. The final chapter includes finishing operations, such as deburring of the machined component, and summarizes the obtained results.
