Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of a new type of paper sorting equipment on demand of Israeli paper company HADERA PAPER GROUP. The core and fundamental part of the work is a description of original types of machines, their utilization in practice and a subsequent plan of the innovation. The emphasis is given on production, material and operating cost cutting, increasing of efficiency and flow rate of matter, whilst sustaining the top quality during processing. The innovated equipment is intended for sorting of various impurity and comes out from mean values of its two different sized predecessors of a similar kind. Sieve surface areas of these machines, mentioned in their names – sieve grader 081(total surface area 81 dm2), sieve grader 201(total surface area 201 dm2), and newly suggested sieve grader 122(total surface area 122 dm2) present the main parameter of the whole construction. In conclusion, the economic perspective of production is analysed and furthermore, other possible suggestions of saving are discussed.
