Důsledky válečného konfliktu na řízení zbrojařské firmy

Abstract

The Diploma thesis is focused on the topic of consequences of a war conflict on the management of an arms company. The war conflict in Ukraine has changed our view of the security situation in the world. Currently, arms companies are stuggling with a huge demand and an onslaught on corporate processes and infrastructure, which is not sustainable under the current situation. The Diploma thesis focuses on analysis of consequences that affect the Excalibur Army company. Based on analyzed data, a proposal of short-term, medium-term, and long-term measures has been developer, which are feasible in the Excalibur Army company and designed to help the company cope with the current situation.
