Master thesis deals with the optimization of production processes and systems in the glass industry. The goals of master thesis are based on the requirements of the company. The main goal is to collect data from employees and write down possible improvements. In the introduction I introduced the company and I focus on the theoretical part of the work. In the next part, I mapped the current situation using guided interviews with employees. After evaluating the questionnaires, I had problems to solve. In the last chapter, I recommended a suitable change in the process and system.
