Abstract

The aim of the thesis based on the management of manufacturing of the Kovopol Industry company a.s. is to delimit the crucial factors of the process influencing the potential success rate of the company and to suggest factual recommendation that leads to the improvement of the current state of the check-out process. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The introduction includes a brief description and also characteristic of the chosen entrepreneurial subject. Furthermore there is theoretical part in which are explained basic terms of the leadership of manufacturing, management of quality and designated methods of permanent improving of quality useable in practical part of the thesis. It contains Pareto analysis and Ishikawa diagram. In practical part are these methods applied on the particular industrial company. Based on achieved results via analysis are in the conclusion formulated assesments of the suggested measures to lower the occurance of the possible difference and assesment of the current state of the check-out process of the company with the recommendation for the management of company.
