Financování vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování vybraného sportovního klubu FBC Přerov. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě detailní analýzy současného stavu identifikovat a zhodnotit finanční toky v klubu, analyzovat strukturu jeho příjmů a výdajů a následně navrhnout opatření vedoucí k posílení ekonomické stability a zefektivnění hospodaření organizace. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byly využity metody práce s interními účetními dokumenty za rok 2025, polostrukturovaný rozhovor s prezidentem klubu a SWOT analýza pro zhodnocení vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí organizace. Výsledky finanční analýzy ukázaly, že klub vykazuje vysokou závislost na veřejných dotačních titulech a členských příspěvcích, zatímco podíl soukromých zdrojů ze sponzoringu je poddimenzovaný. Ačkoliv je klub díky vytvořeným rezervám finančně stabilní, mezi jeho hlavní slabé stránky patří absence specialisty na marketing a kritický nedostatek sportovní infrastruktury v regionu. Na základě těchto zjištění byla navržena strategická opatření, zejména profesionalizace fundraisingu, redefinice marketingové strategie zaměřená na prodej společenské hodnoty a aktivní lobbing za novou sportovní infrastrukturu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financing of selected sports club, FBC Přerov. The main objective of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the financial flows within the club based on a detailed analysis of the current state, analyze the structure of its income and expenses, and subsequently propose measures leading to the strengthening of economic stability and streamlining the organization's management. To achieve the set objective, methods of analyzing internal accounting documents for the year 2025, a semi-structured interview with the club president, and a SWOT analysis to evaluate the internal and external environment of the organization were used. The results of the financial analysis showed that the club is highly dependent on public subsidies and membership fees, while the share of private resources from sponsorship is insufficient. Although the club is financially stable thanks to the created financial reserves, its main weaknesses include the absence of a marketing specialist and a critical lack of sports infrastructure in the region. Based on these findings, strategic measures were proposed, specifically the professionalization of fundraising, the redefinition of the marketing strategy focused on selling social value, and active lobbying for new sports infrastructure.
