Hodnocení vybraných vlastností HVOF nástřiku kobaltové slitiny

Abstract

The bachelors thesis is describing the method of highspeed spraying HVOF. The aim of this work is to verify the selected attributes of original film created by the powder on cobalt and tundgsten carbide basis. The theoretical part of my work is solving the principle of the method HVOF and introduction with its property. There are some devices determined for work and analysis of the powder Tribaloy T-400, T-800 and WC mentioned in my thesis. The experimental part contains practical realisation of trial samples and the verification of usable attributes of the film, type Praxair Co-109-7 and Amperit 529. There is an inspection of hardness, thickness and microstructure of these samples. Finally there is the assessment of result and the comparison with literature sources.
