Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused to analyze system of recruiting and selection of employees in chosen organization. The chosen organization was OSRAM Česká republika Ltd., a manufacturer of light sources. This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses recruitment and selection of employees based on an expert literature. It describes factors which influence this process and the methods of recruitment and selection of staff. In the practical part there are characteristics of the organization and the subsequent analysis of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization. The analysis was based on a questionnaire survey and interviews with recruiters and internal company documents provided to the bachelor thesis. The final part is devoted to proposals and recommendations that result from the analysis of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company OSRAM Czech Republic Ltd., which aim to improve the process.
