Strategická analýza podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis follows up the strategic analysis of a small company STK KOPR s.r.o. operating a technical inspection station, then only referred like (STK). The thesis contains an analysis of the macroenvironment, the field environment and the internal environment. Using PEST methods, Porter's model of five forces and SWOT analysis. I will determine how much influence each environment has on the function of the company. In the end, using SWOT analysis, I choose the appropriate strategy that the company should follow. Finally, I will identify important risk factors and provide my own proposals for measures to address these risks.
