Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti konkrétního podniku

Abstract

Pro tuto diplomovou práci byl vybráno téma týkající se konkurenceschopnosti konkrétního podniku, protože schopnost konkurovat ostatním firmám v oboru je v dnešní době víc než důležité. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a poznatky z odborné literatury, dále jsou popsány metody a analýzy, kterými bude konkurenceschopnost měřena a v aplikační části jsou zmíněné metody aplikovány na situaci konkrétní firmy. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou danému podniku navrhnuty doporučení, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení jak konkurenceschopnosti, tak finanční situace, respektive efektivnějšímu hospodaření.

For this thesis was chosen topic relating to the competitiveness of a particular company because the ability to compete with other companies in the industry today is more than important. In this work the basic concepts and knowledge of literature, then describes methods and analysis, which measured the competitiveness and the application of that method is applied to the specific situation of the company. Based on the information they are given an undertaking designed to recommendations that could lead to improving both competitiveness and financial situation, or more efficient management.
