Abstract

Bachelor thesis „E-learning papers for Intellectual and Industrial Property Protection Courses“ deals with elaboration of Copyright Law and Intellectual Property Rights e-courses. The theoretical part results from the used literature and occupies by e-learning generally, its history, fundamental terms, its positives and negatives. There is also stated procedure of e-courses elaboration and the most used e-learning tools in Czech Republic (software). The practical part introduces to the formation of Copyright Law and Intellectual Property Rights e-courses and their presentation through LMS Moodle – e-learning system of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering - VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. The supplement consists of 10 e-learning modules – 5 for Copyright Law and 5 for Intellectual Property Rights.
