Posouzení motivace, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném sportovním klubu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee motivation, evaluation and remuneration in a selected sports club XYZ. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of these areas and propose possible improvements. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of human resource management, particularly employee motivation, performance evaluation and remuneration systems. The practical part focuses on the analysis of a specific sports club, its organizational structure and the current setup of these processes. The main research method was a questionnaire survey conducted among the club's employees, complemented by an analysis of internal processes. The results show that most employees are satisfied with their job positions and perceive the working environment positively. Financial remuneration was identified as the main motivating factor; however, employees lack stronger non-financial motivation, especially in the form of recognition, feedback and well-being-oriented benefits. Shortcomings were also identified in internal communication. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to improve these areas.
