The opening topic includes the theoretical view of recruitment and the selection of staff, its steps, sources of recruitment, methods of recruitment and the selection of employees and documents accompanying this process.

The practical part pays attention to the characteristic of the company, how the process of recruitment and the selection of staff is accomplished in this company.

In the last chapter on the base of the theoretical knowledge and practical experiences various procedures are recommended which would lead to the recruitment of new employees in the selected organization being more effective.
