Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce porovnává teorii získávání a výběru pracovníků s praxí ve vybrané organizaci BLANCO CZ.

Úvodní část zahrnuje teoretický pohled na získávání a výběr pracovníků, jeho kroky, zdroje získávání pracovníků, metody získávání a výběru pracovníků a dokumenty doprovázející tento proces.

V praktické části je věnována pozornost charakteristice podniku, jak je proces získávání a výběru pracovníků v tomto konkrétním podniku uskutečňován.

V závěrečné části jsou, na základě teoretických poznatků a praktických zkušeností, doporučeny možné varianty postupů vedoucích k větší efektivitě při výběru nových zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci.

In the last chapter on the base of the theoretical knowledge and practical experiences various procedures are recommended which would lead to the recruitment of new employees in the selected organization being more effective.
