Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vrat do budovy autodopravy, kde zajíždějí nákladní vozidla. Prvním krokem je možný přehled konstrukcí jednotlivých vrat, následný výběr a odůvodnění výběru jednoho typu vrat. Jako nejvýhodnější se jeví, vrata posuvná. Dalším krokem je, pro zvolený typ vrat, o maximálních rozměrech omezených zadáním, kterými jsou výška vozidla a šířka vozidla, navrhnout základní prvky vrat. Mezi základní navrhované a následně kontrolované komponenty vrat byly v této práci zařazeny prvky, jako pojezdové kola, nosná kolejnice, čep na závěsu vrat, svary na konzole a pohon vrat.

This bachelor work deals with trucking door to the building where the trucks are passing. The first step is to review the possible structure of each gate and the subsequent selection and rationale for selection of one type of gate. As the best has shown the sliding doors. The next step is for the selected type of gates, the maximum size limit by specifying which are the vehicle height and width of the vehicle, suggesting the essential elements of the door. Basic design and door components are controlled in this study included elements such as castor wheels, carrier rails, the door hinge pin, welds on the konsole and the drive of the door.
