Plánování a vyhodnocování vzdělávání v organizaci

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to analyze a system of planning and evaluation of education in the certain financial organization in Czech Republic, if that bank provides its employees an environment for further prefessional and carrier growth, if the bank is able to adjust the educational system taking into consideration the changes in the financial world and which models are used for an assessment of education. In theoretical part I pay attention to particular phases and assessment models of business education, I have tried to outline the latest trends in the area of education. I have evaluated the system and assessment of education in the bank based on questionnaires, informal dialog with educational department manager and with the bank employees. The thesis conclusion consists of recommendations with regards to the education in the bank which might contribute to higher quality of current educational system, to employee satisfaction and last but not least to better utilization of available human resources.
