Abstract

ŠTOPL, O. Production technology influence to finishing insert manufacture qualities. Ostrava: Department of cutting and montage 346, Faculty of mechanical VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, 2009, diploma work, Director : Vrba, V. Diploma work deals with problems of development and production insert type of DNMG 150604E-FF with use technology direct pressing and technology periphery grinding for finishing operations. The target is realize measurement of geometry insert, cutting life, cutting force, accuracy of placing in holder and to create diagram of chips. From measured parameters make a proposal of preferable technology of production inserts for set application area with reference to technical-economic estimation.
