Abstract

In this bachelor thesis „Measuring Customers´ Satisfaction of Fast Food“ is on the basis of research among customers evaluated customer's satisfaction. Theoretical section summarizes the fundamental knowledge of quality, service, customer satisfaction and its measurement. The practical part is focused on customer satisfaction based on a questionnaire survey, its evaluation uses statistical tools and consequently are designed such measures that will lead to an increase of customer's satisfaction.
