This thesis deals with the production of the pollutants during the burning process, concretely within the combustion of the nitrogen oxides. It describes particular formation methods and types of nitrogen oxides. Thesis represents the major pollution producers. It also records the solutions of possible devices used for the flue gas emission minimization and compares their feasibility, pros-and-cons. The concept of the flue gas denitrification device in the fluid boiler with the duty of 141,3 MW is processed in the practical part. It uses the SNCR method.
