Výměnná hlaveň pro kulomet

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Systémy výměnných hlavní kulometů. V první části je prove dena rešerše aktuálně a historicky dostupných typů, konstrukcí, a jejich historického vývoje. Následuje analýza těchto dostupných konstrukcí, jejíž součástí je vymezení vlastností, parametrů jednotlivých systémů a vysledování trendů v jejich konstrukci. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou stanoveny požadavky na vlastní konstrukci systému výměny hlavně. Na základě těchto požadavků je zhotoven ideový návrh vlastního systému výměny hlavně. Součástí návrhu je popis, grafické znázornění výměny, vyobrazení fuknčních prvků. Na závěr je proveden návrhový výpočet dimenzující nosné prvky konstrukce pro náboj 7.62x51mm NATO. Úplně na závěr je navrhovaný systém porovnán s aktuálně dostupnými systémy.

This bachelor’s thesis examines interchangeable machine gun barrel systems. The first part provides a review of currently and historically available types, designs, and their historical development. This is followed by an analysis of these available designs, which includes defining the characteristics and parameters of individual systems and identifying trends in their design. Based on the results of the analysis, requirements for the actual design of the barrel exchange system are established. Based on these requirements, a conceptual design of the barrel exchange system is created. The design includes a description, a graphical representation of the exchange process, and illustrations of the functional components. Finally, a design calculation is performed to determine the dimensions of the structural support elements for the 7.62x51mm NATO cartridge. At the very end, the proposed system is compared with currently available systems.
