Abstract

This thesis addresses the problem of storage of welding jigs in the BORCAD Ltd. Company Fryčovice. After consultation with firm personnel requirements have been specified on the device. After analyzing the current state of handling and storage of welding jigs in the company were suggested three options for possible solutions. Using value analysis was chosen optimal variant, which is further processed. The work is focused on the design of storage products and drives the selection of important components. In conclusion, the work is carried out technical and economic evaluation. The project is modeled in 3D CAD system Pro / Engineer. The work also includes a layout drawing, the plan of the warehouse and stress analysis of load-bearing parts of the structure.
