Zvýšení produktivity obrábění součástí pro elektrotechniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with increase of produktivity of machining parts for electrotechnics. It was implemented in the company EPCOS s.r.o. Šumperk. It is concerned with production of ceramic pozistor, supplied to the automotive industry, electronic industry and telecommunications technologies. The introduction describes general characteristics and machining of small parts. Another chapter is devoted to the working draft of the new solutions of the selected component in the process of lapping. It also thesis discusses the experimental part in which the above procedure along with the measured values. In the conclusion, there is the technical-economic evaluation and the findings was achieved if the required increase in productivity.
