Analýza nekonvenčních metod obrábění v podmínkách společnosti TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s.

Abstract

The thesis deals with unconventional methods of machining, which have recently begun to be exploited more often because of their productivity. The preliminary part of the paper describes particular problems of the individual technologies, which are currently used. In the next part of the work said methods are compared to each other on the basis of their technical and technological parameters. The thesis also mentions the characteristics of an unconventional machine used in Třinecké železárny, a.s. After that follows the project of usage of the new unconventional methods of machining for the aforementioned company. The last part of the paper consists of the technical – economic evaluation on the grounds of acquired information and realization which designates the suitable technology and machine tool for the company in question.
