Tangenciální upínání vyměnitelných břitových destiček

Abstract

The topic of this Master thesis is the machining cast iron with a cutting tool equiped with tangential clamping of indexable cutting. The theoretical part includes problems of machining cast iron and testing of hardness and chemical surface working before machining. The other part mentions some methods of clamping for shaping the material, the settings and adjustment. Protecting of machining tools and indexable cuttings from wear and damage is also integral to the dissertation. The conclusion presents the evaluation of suitability of the proposed production for the specific firm and also technical – economic evaluation of saving due to the suggested operation.
