Zkoumání přístupu jednotlivých generací k práci a pracovnímu prostředí

Abstract

This diploma thesis examines the approach of different generations to work and the work environment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section addresses the issue through a study of professional literature, articles, and research. In the practical part, original research was conducted via a questionnaire survey among 251 respondents from generations X, Y, and Z. Based on the results, hypotheses were tested to determine whether the responses depend on age and how strong this influence is. The research was focused primarily on attitudes, motivation, and preferences regarding work. It was found that although the generations are similar in some aspects, statistically significant differences exist. Based on the findings, recommendations for improvement were proposed.
