Kvalifikace heterogenního svarového spoje do extrémních podmínek

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the process of qualification of heterogeneous weld joints in welding of steels S960QL and S355J2+N. The theoretical part presents a study of high-strength steel S960QL, structural steel S355J2+N and welding filler material. The second part of the thesis introduces the issue of heterogeneous weld joints, describes a specific heterogeneous weld joint and explains how to obtain welding procedure qualification (WPQR). The thesis includes a proposal for a technological welding procedure. The last part of the thesis contains the results of non-destructive and destructive tests performed on test weld joints. The conclusion itself contains a summary of the achieved results.
