Abstract

Vedoucí práce Ing. Michal Kolesár, Ph.D. Cílem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh zařízení, díky kterému bude jednočlenná obsluha schopna montáže a demontáže sedačkové lavice osobních a dodávkových automobilů. V první, teoretické části se zabývám analýzou uchycení a způsobem manipulace sedačkové lavice uvnitř vybraného segmentu automobilů. Druhá, praktická část je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh jednotlivých funkčních částí mechanismu. Zabývám se v ní nejen volbou materiálu, ale každou část podrobuji pevnostní analýze pro potvrzení správnosti konstrukčního řešení. Výkres celé sestavy s kusovníkem a návod k použití je zvlášť přiložen k práci.

Michal Kolesár, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design of the device, thanks to which the one-member operator will be able to assemble and disassemble the seat bench of cars and vans. In the first, theoretical part, I deal with the analysis of the attachment and the method of handling the seat bench within a selected segment of cars. The second, practical part is focused on the design of individual functional parts of the mechanism. I deal not only with the choice of material, but I subject each part to strength analysis to confirm the correctness of the structural solution. A drawing of the entire assembly with the bill of materials and instructions for use are attached to the work separately.
