Pevnostní výpočet unašeče kolové redukce nákladního automobilu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením pevnostního výpočtu unašeče kolové redukce nákladního automobilu. V úvodu je zpracovaná teoretická rešerţe statické úlohy řešené pomocí metody konečných prvků a provedena analýza nejjednoduššího prostorového prvku tetraedru. Následně je popsán princip funkce kolové redukce. Materiálový model jednotlivých částí je lineární s danými materiálový vlastnostmi. Upravený geometrický model je rozdělen na konečné prvky. Poté následuje rozbor okrajových podmínek a zatížení soustavy. Na základě pevnostního výpočtu jsou vyhodnocena napětí a kritická místa unašeče kolové redukce.

The bachelor thesis engage in stress analysis of truck wheel reduction carrier. At the beginning the theoretical research of static role is evolved (it was solved by finite element method) and the analysis of the simplest component unit tetraedr is accomplished in the same part. The principle of wheel reduciton is also described. Material model of component parts is linear and geometric model is divided into finite elements. The analysis of boundary conditions and system load is elaborated in the next chapter. The tensions and critical points of wheel reduction carrier are evaluated on the basis of stress analysis. And this is the main goal of my bachelor thesis.
