Optimalizace řezných podmínek a logistika procesu hrubování kovaných tyčí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of cutting conditions and logistics processes of the rough forged rods at VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s. At the beginning of the thesis are discussed cutting conditions, logistics processes, materials and machines. The work also contains sugestions for logistics solutions, suggestions for renovation and modernization of machines and also sugestions for new machines, sugestions for machine tools and final design of cutting conditions. There is also dealt with all times machinery manufacturing capabilities and production capacity of these options.
