Abstract
My dissertation which is divided to a practical as well as theoretical parts deals with methods of Real Estate appraisals. In the theoretical part are described the basic ways of appraisals in the Czech Republic (Expense, Profit, Comparing) and the principals of their use. These ways are more thoroughly described regarding administrative and market appraisals including steps and legislative.In the practical part I am elaborating the application of the administrative and market appraisal methods using a selected cluster of real estate which is publicly owned. In the case of the administrative way of appraisal the building is appraised by combination of expense and profit way. The land is appraised as a construction lot in one functioning piece according to the Appraisal Rule. The market appraisal is done by the method of direct comparing. Both ways are then compared in order to obtain evaluation. Also a form of financing of a reconstruction is introduced here.
