The diploma thesis deals with the authorization process realization of a furnace facility chosen for the precipitation hardening and annealing of materials suitable for the aerial component production. The theoretical part is focused on the description, division and corrosion-resistant material marking, the heat treatment of these materials and the conditions of the choice of the furnace facility suitable for the aerial production. The practical part deals with the operational condition authentication of the furnace facility, the precipitation hardening sampling and the annealing of the chosen materials. The authorization process is concluded with the testing of the authentication of the production segment series as well as with the customer certificate granting.
