Thesis head: Olivková, I. This thesis deals withth e selection of a suitable bus for public transport in Opava, specifically for the enterprise MDPO a.s. The first part deals with thean alysis of the new buses available fort he Czech market. In other parts of the vehicles are compared on the basis of set parameters selected methods. The last part is the evaluation of the methods and selection of a suitable vehicle.
