Měření efektivnosti výcviku zaměstnanců

Abstract

Main subject matter of this bachelor study is to measuring the effectiveness of staff training, which laies emphasis on analysing practical education of staff, implementing practical training and final evaluation of the whole training effectiveness. Theoretical part of this bachelor study describes in general terms educational program of staff and their progress, which is based on knowledge management leading up to practical training and its valuable effectiveness evaluation and possible staff certification. Following with present analysis of staff education within engineering company, description of companies practical training examples and its overall efficiency assessment and evaluation. This evaluation shows, that this course fills every requirements, which was acknowledged by present participants and their immediate superior.
