Hodnocení stávajícího motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The theoretical part of this bachelors thesis focuses on the basic concepts related to the process of motivation and stimulation. The following chapter is devoted to the introduction of various areas connected with motivation of employes. In addition, the company Ski a Bike Centum Radotin is introduced with focus on its basic characteristics and approach to motivation of its employees. The practical part of this thesis consists of a questionnaire survey answered by the employees of the company Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín. and its graphical and verbal data evaluation. The final chapter proposes recommendations that could improve the current motivation system of the company.
