Hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to find out if the employees are satisfied in a business company. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part write down goals and activities of human resources control and basic principles, followed by other topics connected to satisfaction i area of human resources as education and development of employees, performance evaluation, motivation, remuneration, benefits and care of employees. In the preview of practical part there is Smart Trading Company s. r. o. introduced. The satisfaction of the corporation’s employees has been investigated with a questionnaire search. Finally the results are interpreted and on the base of the findings there are mentioned some recommendations for the area of employees’ motivation.
