Podnikatelský záměr pro založení cestovní kanceláře se specializací na rozvojové země

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského záměru pro založení cestovní kanceláře, která se bude specializovat na rozvojové země. Teoretická část práce je věnována základním poznatkům o cestovním ruchu a teoreticko-metodickým východiskům pro sestavení podnikatelského záměru. V praktické části práce jsou charakterizovány rozvojové země s ohledem na působení vybraných humanitárních organizací v těchto zemích. V této části práce je také dopodrobna rozpracován podnikatelský záměr, jehož součástí jsou definované teoreticko-metodické výstupy. Na základě výsledků implementovaných analýz jsou v závěru práce popsány návrhy a cíle, které zohledňují zaměření cestovní kanceláře.

The master´s thesis deals with a creation of a business plan for setting up a travel agency that will specialize in developing countries. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to basic knowledge about tourism and the theoretical and methodological basis for the creation of a business plan. In the practical part of the thesis developing countries are characterized with regards to an effect of selected humanitarian organizations in these countries. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis the business plan is elaborated in detail, which includes defined theoretical and methodological outputs. On the basis of the results of the implemented analyses, proposals and objectives that reflect the focus of the travel agency are described at the end of the thesis.
