Aplikace technické diagnostiky v porubu na Dole ČSM

Abstract

This thesis deals with the application of technical non-invasive diagnostics, specifically vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and thermodiagnostics on mining machinery. These mining machines have been SL 300 power loader, DF 09-12-P5 mill and drive unit of face conveyor Grot 850. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is description of the basic concepts of coal mining methods and machinery used in longwall faces and diagnostics possibility of the machinery. Furthermore, there has been described construction of measured machines. In the practical part of the thesis there has been performed analysis and evaluation of measured data. There was also described instrumentation and methodology of the measurement itself. The aim of this thesis lies not only in the analysis and evaluation of measurement earlier mentioned machines, but also in finding usability of the previously mentioned methods in challenging local conditions.
