Abstract
Bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal axis for the CNC milling machines with ball screws. In the introduction, are stated the other solutions than with the ball screws with those advantages and disadvantages. Consequently are solved the calculations of ball screws according to the manufacturers and their application to existing machine MC50-2000. For the calculations I had to create an array of load, which was proposed for this type of machine. In this part are the individual ball screws checked by the calculations and, where appropriate, are proposing solutions to ensure correct functionality and, where appropriate, for compliance in terms of useful life.
On the basis of these calculations is also designed a proposal to the x axis of machine MC50-5Axis. Calculations for this ball screw are based on already created array of load from the first part of this thesis. Created drawings are annexed in Bachelor's thesis.
