Abstract
The main goal of thesis "Employee Benefits" is to investigate the scope of employee benefits and to propose the optimal benefit structure for a chosen company in accordance with current legal regulations. The first part is aiming at the basic introduction into a given subject. The second part investigates the employee benefit system in Globus ČR, k.s., specifically in Opava hypermarket. The last part shows the real application of selected employee benefits within a chosen company.
