| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce „Zaměstnanecké benefity“ je definovat škálu zaměstnaneckých benefitů a na základě aktuální právní úpravy navrhnout optimální skladbu těchto nástrojů u vybrané společnosti. První část je zaměřena na obecný vstup do této problematiky. Druhá část zobrazuje systém zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti Globus ČR, k.s., v hypermarketu v Opavě. Poslední část je věnovaná praktické aplikaci vybraných zaměstnaneckých výhod u vybrané společnosti. | cs |
