Vedoucí práce: Ing. Nečas, L., Ph.D. Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza personálního zabezpečení firmy. Cílem práce je návrh nových benefitů, jenž by vedly k lepšímu náboru nových zaměstnanců a zároveň lepšímu zabezpečení aktuálních zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se zabývá personalistikou. V práci je popsán také aktuální stav nezaměstnanosti na trhu práce. V praktické části se zabývám benefity a zájmem lidí o konkrétní benefity. Konečným bodem práce je zhodnocení přínosu.

Nečas, L., Ph.D. The content of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the company personel security. The aim of the work is to propose new benefits that would lead of better recruitment of new employees and at the same time better security of current employess. The theoretical part deals with human resources. The work also describes the cirrent state of unemployment in the labor market. In the practical part I deal with benefits and people’s interest in specific benefits. The end point of the work is the evaluation of the benefits.
