Systém automatického odebírání výtisků z 3D tiskárny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem systému automatického odběru výtisků z 3D tiskárny. Na začátku práce je provedena analýza současného stavu a rešerše typů tiskáren. Poté byl z rešerše vytvořen požadavkový list a vybrána tiskárna pro automatizaci. Ze tří variant řešení byla vybrána jedna pomocí kriteriální analýzy a následně detailně rozpracována do 3D modelu. Pro vybranou variantu byly provedeny kontrolní konstrukční výpočty. Na konci byly sepsány požadavky pro zajištění spolehlivosti fungování systému. Dále bylo zpracováno cenové zhodnocení a výkresová dokumentace pro jednotlivé celky systému.

The diploma thesis deals with system for automatic removal of prints from a 3D printer. At the beginning of the thesis, an analysis of the current state and a summary of printer types is listed. Requirements are then created from the search and a 3D printer is selected for automation. Of the three variants of the solution, one was selected using criteria analysis and elaborated in detail into a 3D model. Control design calculations were performed for the selected variant. At the end, requirements were written to ensure the reliability of the system. Furthermore, the price evaluation and drawing documentation for individual units of the system were created.
